Double Bathroom Update
This couple’s master and guest bathrooms had the original 1950s tile, which was in amazingly pristine condition, but no longer met their needs. After living with the tile for many years, they were ready for a change to something brighter and more spa like in both bathrooms. They also needed storage in the master bath, which had a single bowl console sink without a cabinet or linen closet.
The master bath and guest bath shared a wall, so we were able to steal a little space for the master by removing a small linen closet in the guest bath, enabling us to easily fit in a double sink vanity and built-in shelving. They now have the storage they need, and the light color tiles and happy blue and teal paint colors make both bathrooms welcoming retreats.
