Galley to Gorgeous

We have done several projects in this house over the years. This project was a kitchen and porch addition with a basement renovation. The original kitchen was a small galley kitchen, and the family needed more space. But we didn’t stop with just adding a little space for a bigger kitchen. We were able to remove a section of a wall to provide better access to the kitchen from the front of the house. We added beautiful built-in bookshelves in the hallway for more storage and display space, and a mudroom attached to the kitchen to better suit their active lifestyle. For us, helping a family develop a vision for how they would love their home to work is one of most important goals, and this bright, connected space that matches the style of the home perfectly was exactly what this client needed. And the addition blends into the outdoor appearance of the home like it had always been there.
