Luxurious Outdoor Living

This family had an aging 2^nd floor deck.  Rather than replace it with a new version of the same old thing, they decided to upgrade and transform it into a real outdoor living space.  We created an awesome screened-in porch with two distinct spaces, an area to sit together and play games, or talk with friends, and an adjoining area with a large table area to share a meal together.  And all of it under cover and without nuisance bugs.  A dramatic ceiling with recessed lighting and fans for improved airflow makes the space feel even bigger, inviting the family and their guests to spend more time outdoors.
